Megan turned 4 Years Old!

We had not been to Chuck E. Cheese's in over 15 years so we thought it would be fun to give it a try. Megan LOVED it! She is way more outgoing than I ever was or have been. She was dancing and loving all the games with her cousin's Sadie and Savannah. She chose to have a doll cake again this year, we tried to get her to try something new, but she stood firm in her decision. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with Megan.

Way Past Due For An Update!

Yes, we had Kyle who is over 7 months old now. I am not very good at updating this blog. This is our yearly traditional 4th of July picture. Connor, Riley, Kyle and Megan; not an easy shot to get. It was a very fun year without any unexpected explosions.

Congratulations Connor!

Connor was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Saturday, December 27, 2008 by his Dad. It was a very special day for Connor. He had his Grandma, Grandpa Mike, Grandpa Paul, Aunt Cheryl, Uncle Gavan, Uncle Joe, and Uncle Jared there to share the day with him. We appreciate all of you for being there.

Merry Christmas

We had a very nice Christmas. The kids actually slept in. We had all the animals fed so we were able to stay home and enjoy the whole day playing with toys and cooking yummy food. Cheryl had orange rolls for breakfast which really hit the spot while opening gifts. We appreciate everyone and their kind gifts. We are all very grateful for all of them. We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!

Great Kids

Riley and Connor were very excited to get out of school early today. We have had a lot of snow and we are anticipating an ice storm today. We went home and then they worked really hard the rest of the day cleaning up and organizing their toys with us. They are all such great helpers. We sure are lucky to have them. We love to see those smiles. They are getting very excited for family to be coming to town. When we wrap a gift for someone, Megan asks "When will that person be here?" Then, when the doorbell rings she runs to the door saying "My friends are here." It is usually just a UPS delivery; soon it will be her friends. We look forward to seeing everyone that is able to travel our way for Christmas.

Happy 8th Birthday Connor!

We had a fun day at home for Connor's birthday. The boys played with all the new toys while Wyatt and I made meals and cake. The kids are growing up too fast. Connor will be baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Dec. 27. He is looking forward to that day. We appreciate all the gifts and those of you who were able to spend part of the day celebrating Connor's birthday. Happy Birthday Connor!!

Megan - My Entertainment

Megan is so much fun. She will use big vocabulary words correctly and we will just start laughing because it sounds funny coming out of a 3 year olds mouth. She wants to know what is so funny and then she starts laughing with us. She loves to dance to music and show off her things. You can see in the one picture she is showing her two Christmas trees. Connor gave her an early Christmas gift of a purple tree and she is loving life. The other picutres show what she does when I say smile. Then when I say open your eyes the smile goes away. She is working on getting the two of them down at the same time. We are so lucky to have a little girl. She adds so much to all of our lives.
